Your nightly resort fee includes complimentary Wi-Fi, fitness center access, daily fitness classes, self-parking, in-room coffee, two complimentary bottles of water per stay, exclusive access to our private beach and boat dock, the outdoor heated pool and hot tub, the family game room, board and card game rentals, access to the Spa of the Pines locker rooms featuring a Roman bath, steam room, showers, and vanity areas, and EV charging.

A one-time, non-refundable $150 pet fee applies per pet, excluding service animals. Dogs must remain on a leash while in public areas and are not permitted in BIN 189 Restaurant, on the private beach, or in the pool areas. A pet door hanger must be displayed on your guest room door at all times. Excessive barking or disruptive behavior may result in a $250 fee, eviction from the resort, and responsibility for any guest recovery compensation provided to affected guests.
