WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT?

Check-in: 4:00pm

Check-out: 11:00am

IS THE RESORT PET FRIENDLY?

Pets are allowed at the resort but a fee of $150 per stay will be added to your room.

A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed per room and all pets must be leashed when in public areas.

Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, pool, beach area, or lake and may not be left unattended anywhere within the resort.

WHERE DO I PARK?

Overnight guests staying at the Resort are able to park in our self-parking lot or in valet station near the main entrance.

Valet Daily Rates

Guests not staying overnight may use our valet services for $20.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to your stay. All cancellations made after seven (7) days will be charged full room rate plus tax.

DOES THE RESORT HAVE A RESTAURANT?

The Resort has multiple dining options including Bin 189, Aroma's Coffee Shop, and also offers room service.

DOES THE RESORT HAVE A GYM?

Spa of the Pines Fitness Studio is complimentary to all overnight guests and features cardio and weight equipment, and daily classes including yoga, zumba, and mat pilates.

DOES THE RESORT OFFER DRY CLEANING?

The Resort offers dry cleaning services at an additional cost.

CHECK-IN & BOOKING POLICIES

Check-In Policies

  • Check-in time is after 4:00pm
  • Check-out time is before 11:00am
  • Please be prepared to show proof of eligibility for your rate (such as a membership card, corporate or government identification card, or proof of your age).
  • Please provide a valid and form of identification (such as driver’s license, passport, or government I.D.)
  • A valid form of payment must be provided upon check-in for all reservation types including pre-paid.
  • All reservations require a $75 per night incidental hold upon check-in.

Holding Your Reservation

  • We will need a credit card number to reserve your room.

Cancelling Your Reservation

  • You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time 7 days before your arrival.
  • Please note that we will assess a fee of 1 NIGHT ROOM & TAX FEE USD if you must cancel after this deadline. If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all or part of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card.

When You Check-in

  • Please be prepared to show proof of eligibility for your rate (such as a membership card, corporate or government identification card, or proof of your age).

 
Modifying Your Reservation

  • Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.

 

Pre-Paid/Advanced Purchase Policies

Advance Purchase, prepay in full, non-refundable.

Holding Your Reservation

We will need a credit card prepayment to reserve your room. To ensure that you receive this special rate, we will charge your credit card a prepayment based on your room rate when making the reservation.

 

Cancelling Your Reservation

  • Please note that your prepayment for this special rate is non-refundable
