2020 US Open Winner
With hindsight, 2020 probably wasn’t the best year to open a brewery. It was March when Lake Arrowhead Brewing got approval to open its taproom – the same month the state went into mass lockdown. In a resort town, heavily dependent upon tourism, it wasn’t the grand opening that owner Travis Lanthier had anticipated. They were well supported by the local community, but what followed was a logistical obstacle course.
There has been at least one silver lining, or a gold lining to be more precise. The brewery’s flagship, Pinnacles Pale Ale won a gold medal at the US Open Beer Championship. “This was the first beer our new brewers brewed in our facility,” Lanthier enthusiastically told me when he first got the news, “So, we are excited for what the future holds.”
OUTDOORS & OUTSTANDING
For those customers who get hungry, food options are available. During the week, specialty pizzas exclusive to the Brewing Company, such as Philly Cheesesteak, Nacho, or Pastrami Sandwich pizzas, can be ordered through an app. On the weekends, rotating trendy food trucks from Southern California will offer their wares, beginning with Buddy’s BBQ, a local vendor from Crestline with a “really legit style Texas BBQ.”

The brewery offers custom beers ranging from light ales to double IPAs. Brew lovers can purchase by the pint or even taste a variety of beers with a really cool Lake Arrowhead Brewery flight.
FAMILY & DOG FRIENDLY
The vibe at the brewery is all about fun, relaxation, outdoor fun, and all around good times. There's plenty of picnic tables, kids areas, dog bowls, and games for everyone to enjoy.
GROWLERS & CROWLERS
One of the coolest things at the brewery is their custom made growlers and crowlers which come in a variety of cool colors and graphics you'll definately want to keep as a souvenier.

Geo-domes are the perfect way to enjoy a warm night out with your Quarantine Crew. Imported from Poland, our domes allow you to enjoy the beauty of our beer garden in a warm, ventilated, and controlled environment. Available for a fee, in 2 hour time slots, and sanitized between every use.
