Fees

The fitness center, classes and all spa facilities are available to Lake Arrowhead Resort guests and included in the resort fee. If you’re not our guest, you’re welcome to access the studio for a daily fee of $35 Monday through Thursday or $45 Friday through Sunday. Holiday pricing is subject to change.

A Sampling of Classes

Salsa

Dancing that burns calories. Our instructors making learning Salsa fun and exciting. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Tai Chi

A health-promoting exercise rooted in Chinese tradition. The flowing, rhythmic movements of this class enhance flexibility and reduce stress. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Restorative Yoga

Gentle and relaxing. This class focuses on deep breathing while seated or lying down. It’s great for people with physical injuries or limitations such as arthritis, diabetes, stress or insomnia. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Pilates Sculpt

Increase muscle strength. Through the use of straps and low-impact cardio, work your core, arms, legs and back. Appropriate for all fitness levels with minor modifications.

Level 1 Yoga

Alignment and form. Learn the basics if you’re new to yoga, or refresh your technique if you’re more advanced. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vigorous movement and breathing. Strengthen and stretch your body while understanding how to link breath and movement. Suitable for beginning to advanced students.

Strength and Conditioning

Indoor fitness boot camp. This is a high-intensity workout that helps you build strength and burn calories using your own body weight and free weights. Classes keep your heart rate elevated for the full hour as you move from one exercise to the next.

Cardio Interval Training

Fast-paced cardio. Enjoy a total body workout using resistance training, floor exercises and abdominal work. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Balls, Bands and Weights

Resistance training. Use light weights, balls and bands to improve balance and core strength. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Zumba

High energy fun. This Latin-inspired dance/fitness class features high energy beats. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Stretch and Tone

Stretches that feel good. Lengthen all major muscles and relax the mind with this refreshing class. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Kickboxing

Upbeat and aerobic. This program combines boxing, martial arts and aerobics, all set to music, to strengthen muscles, improve balance, flexibility and coordination and increase endurance.

Buns and Guns

Morning workout. This full-body sculpting workout uses free weights, balls, bands and your own body weight to start your day off with a bang. Suitable for beginning to advanced students.
