San Bernardino National Forest
Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa is located within the boundaries of the San Bernardino National Forest. The forest is home to seven different ecosystems and has more rare and endangered species than any other national forest. The national forest is also one of the most heavily recreated forests in America.
The Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa and the San Bernardino National Forest Association (SBNFA), have developed a unique partnership to achieve two mutual goals, to enhance the experience of the resort’s visitors and to support the important work of the National Forest Association in caring for the national forest. This partnership supports the Forest Association’s work with a voluntary $3 per room, per night conservation assessment. One hundred percent of this voluntary conservation fee is paid to the National Forest Association and is used to enhance the Forest, improve walking trails and to provide customized conservation education programs
San Bernardino National Forest Association will lead two programs at the Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa for guests. These programs are designed to enhance the visitor experience with outdoor adventures.
