Spa Services


The menu at Spa of the Pines incorporates indigenous natural materials and scents – from pine and sage to lilac and holly – to completely involve each of your senses. Lake Arrowhead spa treatments include signature massages and facials, as well as re-hydrating body wraps and exfoliating scrubs. The spa’s specially formulated aroma-therapy scents will also be available in sachets, candles, lotions and other products so you can take them home with you and extend your bliss long after your stay.

A 20% gratuity is added to all spa treatments and packages. Additional gratuities are welcome for exceptional service. Special envelopes are available at the spa reception desk or gratuities may be signed to your guest room.

VIP Journey Suite

The Serrano people were able to communicate without saying a word. It is in this spirit that we offer our guests a very special experience in our Journey Suite. Here, you will rekindle your spirit, calm your mind and awaken your senses – a process achieved without words, but rather with caring hands, soothing surroundings and rich earthly products.

Nestled amid tall pine trees at the edge of Lake Arrowhead, the Spa’s new fitness studio provides the ultimate environment in which to free the mind of stress and restore vitality. After a refreshing exercise session, treat yourself to a soothing massage.

Did you ever think that dancing would involve burning calories? Our instructors make learning Salsa fun and exciting… This truly is a Latin Inspired class! For all fitness levels.

Tai Chi
A health-promoting exercise rooted in Chinese tradition. The flowing, rhythmic movements enhance flexibility and reduce stress. For all fitness levels.

Restorative Yoga
This gentle yoga class will focus on deep breathing with or without a chair seated and lying down postures. Individuals with physical injuries or limitations such as arthritis, diabetes, stress, or those having difficulty sleeping will find this class very helpful. For all fitness levels.

Pilates Sculpt
In this class we will be using straps to assist in increasing muscle strength. We will begin the class with light, low impact cardio exercises. You will be working your core and more, including your arms, legs, and back. Perfect for the beginner to advanced participant, as modifications will be shown.

Level 1 Yoga
This class will provide proper alignment and form for beginner yogis and help advanced students review the basics. The expertise of the Master Teacher will ensure that beginners have a safe Yoga experience and the advanced students will also learn something new about their practice.

Vinyasa Yoga
This vigorous class is an introduction to the concept of linking breath and movement. It is suitable for beginning to advanced students who would like to strengthen and stretch their bodies.

Strength & Conditioning
(Fitness Boot Camp, Indoors) This is a high intensity workout for men and woman of any age. You will build strength and burn calories with the use of your own body weight and free weights. The idea is to keep your heart rate elevated for the full hour while moving from one exercise to another.

Cardio Interval Training
A fast paced cardio class incorporating resistance training, floor and abdominal work created to give you a total body workout. For all fitness levels.

Balls, Bands and Weights -This class provides resistance training with light weights, Bands and Balls for balance and core strength.

This Latin-inspired dance-fitness class features exotic rhythms set to high energy Latin and international beats. Great for all fitness levels.

Stretch & Tone -A refreshing, feel-good stretch class! Lengthening all the major muscles and relaxing the mind will inspirit, balance and reenergize.

A fun, upbeat, aerobic exercise program. This program combines elements of boxing, martial arts and aerobics all set to music. Kickboxing will help strengthen muscles, improve balance, flexibility, coordination and endurance plus provide overall physical conditioning and toning.

Buns and Guns 
Start your day with a bang! This is a full body sculpt workout using free weights, body weight, balls and bands. This is just the wake-up call beginners and advanced students need to begin their day right!
